BogeyMate Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

By downloading and using BogeyMate ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

BogeyMate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions

BogeyMate offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

Monthly Plan: $2.99/month
Yearly Plan: $17.99/year
Free Trial: 14 days of full access, then automatically converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID settings at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or functionality
Create fake accounts or impersonate other users

5. User-Generated Content

You may create content such as round data, scores, and friend connections. You are responsible for the content you create. BogeyMate may remove content that violates these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. BogeyMate does not guarantee that handicap calculations, GPS distances, or score tracking will be accurate or error-free. You are responsible for verifying scores before submitting them for official handicap purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BogeyMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

BogeyMate may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.

10. Changes to These Terms

BogeyMate may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland.
